Eamonn joined Food Not Bombs Hobart through the Shared Table, bringing creativity, humour and a strong sense of community with him. He became an advocate for a culture of gratitude around the table, encouraging people to recognise the contribution of others.

He also brought media skills to FNB Hobart, helping create our podcast and opening up new ways of telling the story of what happens around the Shared Table. His work helped attract wider media attention at an important turning point for FNB Hobart.

Along the way, Eamonn became an FNB Hobart Maker, developing his art and craft work and finding new ways to share and sell what he creates. His journey is a good example of what the Makers idea is about: starting with a person, their interests and their abilities, and building something around that.
